Read real stories about inspiring women and be empowered to look after your mind, body and spirit through the good and bad times.
We attend and run a range of events for our community to come together, learn, connect, and share in important kōrero. Keen to come and connect with Em? Check out our upcoming events below!
Dear Em, supported by Thursdays in Black, are hosting Our Stories, a panel uplifting personal journey's with mental health, for Mental Health Awareness Week 2025. Through sharing this space together, we aim to break down stigma, encourage open conversations, and foster a sense of connection and understanding. The panel will be run in a way that allows you, the audience, to share in conversation and connect with the topics being discussed throughout the night.
We hope that hearing these authentic stories of resilience and growth can help us all to reflect on our personal wellbeing and support networks.
